நா நலம் என்னும் நலன் உடைமை= அமைச்சர்க்கு இன்றியமையாக் குணமாவது, சான்றோரான் நாநலம் என்று சிறப்பித்துச் சொல்லப்படும் நலத்தினை உடையராதல்; அந்நலம் யா நலத்து உள்ளதூஉம் அன்று= அந்நலம் பிறர்க்கும் பிறநலமெல்லாவற்றுள்ளும் அடங்குவதன்றி மிக்கதாகலான்.
