தெரியான் தீ அளவு அன்றிப் பெரிது உண்ணின்= தன்பகுதியும், அதற்கு ஏற்ற உணவும் காலமும் ஆராயாது வேண்டியதோர் உணவை வேண்டியதோர் காலத்து வயிற்றுத் தீயளவன்றி ஒருவன் மிகஉண்ணுமாயின்; நோய் அளவு இன்றிப்படும்= அவன் மாட்டு நோய்கள் எல்லையற வளரும்.
