இகல் என்னும் துன்பத்துள் துன்பம் கெடின்= மாறுபாடு என்று சொல்லப்படுகின்ற துன்பங்கள் எல்லாவற்றினும் மிக்க துன்பம் ஒருவனுக்கு இல்லையாயின்; இன்பத்துள் இன்பம் பயக்கும்= அவ்வின்மை அவனுக்கு இன்பங்கள் எல்லாவற்றினும் மிக்க இன்பத்தினைக் கொடுக்கும்.
