வினைக்கு உரிமை நாடிய பின்றை= ஒருவனை அரசன், தன் வினை செய்தற்கு உரியனாக ஆராய்ந்து துணிந்தால்; அவனை அதற்கு உரியனாகச் செயல்= பின் அவனை அதற்கு உரியனாக உயரச் செய்க.
