அற்றவர் என்பார் அவா அற்றார்= பிறவி அற்றவர் என்று சொல்லப்படுவார் அதற்கு நேரே ஏதுவாகிய அவா அற்றவர்கள்; மற்றையார் அற்றாக அற்றது இலர்= பிற ஏதுக்கள் அற்று அஃது ஒன்றும் அறாதவர்கள், அவற்றால் சில துன்பங்கள் அற்றதல்லது அவர்போல் பிறவியற்றிலர்.

Those who have severed all craving are truly liberated from rebirth; all others, though they have abandoned other faults, have not severed the root of bondage.
