தங்கண் விழுமம் துடைத்தவர் நட்பு = தங்கண் எய்திய துன்பத்தை நீக்கினவருடைய நட்பினை; எழுமை எழு பிறப்பும் உள்ளுவர் = எழுமையினையுடைய தம் எழுவகைப் பிறப்பினும் நினைப்பர் நல்லோர். (நினைத்தலாவது, துன்பம் துடைத்தலான் அவர்மாட்டு உளதாகிய அன்பு பிறப்புத்தோறும் தொடர்ந்து, அன்பு உடையர் ஆதல்.)
